When C.N. Unwin Ltd Safety Systems were looking to improve their administration systems and the way they did business, they approached Business Link. In response Business Link put forward the names of three companies that could help Unwin Safety Systems look for the next ‘ideal system’.

Unwins soon discovered that CETSAT were culturally aligned to what they were trying to achieve and were really able to understand, not that Unwins were looking to replicate what they already did but to improve what they did.

CETSAT held a series of interviews with key managers and users, identifying and reporting back to senior management on expectations, time scale, financial costs and cost of effort.  A detailed 1,200 question Request For Proposal (RFP) was submitted to 6 potential system providers.  The RFP questions were weighted such that the best fit software could be short listed.  Ultimately the full process, including Vendor interviews, resulted in the most appropriate software being chosen to meet Unwins’ business requirements.
