CETSAT Ltd saves Insurance company £600k on Internet connectivity.
CETSAT Ltd, an IT Business Infrastructure and Strategy company based in Somerset was appointed by a client, a health insurance organisation to re-evaluate the company's IT requirements and support services prior to the expiry date of the incumbent IT provision. CETSAT's knowledge and advice resulted in the client making a saving of £600k on Internet connectivity and signing a superior IT package to meet the new requirements.
CETSAT worked alongside the internal IT team to analyse, evaluate and document the company's IT needs. Based on CETSAT's results the client then invited CETSAT to take on the responsibility of sourcing the new Internet Service for its hosted services. CETSAT produced a complete tender process including all the documentation and an evaluation breakdown to ensure that the client's IT requirements were to be met. Managing the whole tender process, CETSAT finally selected a short-list of companies who presented to the client, resulting in an ideal IT package.
The director of Best Practice, commented "In the shortest amount of time the staff at CETSAT simulated our method of operating. They comprehended our needs and tackled them in a way we, as a company, felt comfortable." He added, "We couldn't have done it without CETSAT's knowledge and support."
